Joe is a 3rd generation Italian craftsman. His father and grandfather, both born and raised in Southern Italy, passed down their natural craftsmanship skills to Joe who in turn absorbed the knowledge, honed the skills and embraced the Old World mentality of hard work, integrity and building things to last.

A Philadelphia native, Joe migrated West seeking fresh air, wide open spaces and a thriving building industry. His timing was perfect - Boulder's building boom had just begun and Joe quickly established himself as one of the leading tile setters in the Boulder area. Sought after by high-end builders and affluent homeowners alike, Joe's impeccable tile work, his trustworthiness, and his unparalleled work ethic has earned him a loyal client base and a well-respected reputation in the building industry. 

 

Giuseppe's Tileworks is named in honor of Joe's late grandfather Giuseppe Dolce as a constant reminder of his Italian craftsman heritage.
